Korean Spice Killer Pecans have mild heat, a little tang, a little salt and a hint of Korean flavor. Inspired by gochujang, a sauce used to spice up and add depth to many of Korea’s favorite dishes.
It’s got that spicy yet sweet flavor that put our pecans on the map, so we thought we’d pay homage to the diverse range of flavors that make Texas a culinary melting pot.
